So... What's this all about?
WelI, I am going to let you in on A HUGE secret! Do you want to know the true route to happiness? Creating a brighter, bolder, vibrant and a far more colourful life for yourself? Have you ever wondered how and when it was EVER going to be your time? Guess what... Your time is NOW!
I AM BEYOND PROUD to share with YOU, my HEART and SOUL laid bare! RAW, REAL and a creation that I TRULY BELIEVE is a PIONEERING, GROUND BREAKING, TRAILBLAZING, REVOLUTIONARY, and UTTERLY DISTINCTIVE, (modest I know) approach to Art, Creativity, Self Healing, Self Actualisation and Life.
What CAN BE and IS ACHIEVED Client after Client... IS on a scale that EVEN I cannot put into words... And I am VERY RARELY lost for words.
That said, I do know when to keep quiet, so I have put together a montage of images for you, to give you a flavour of what the vibe is here with me at The Colour Activist. (Check Out Images Speak Louder Than Words)

What's The Story?
How did I get here?
That, is a great question, and one with a very long answer. However, I will spare you that and try and keep it as brief as possible!
Note: I DID SAY TRY ; )
From a very young age I knew that I was incredibly different compared to pretty much everyone around me... That does also include my big, crazy family.
WHAT I also KNEW, was, that was OK! THAT IT WAS A GLOROUS THING and that NO MATTER what came my way... That I was to CATEGORICALLY HOLD ONTO to this VERY DEEP and TRULY POWERFUL FEELING, INNER KNOWING and BELIEF. I was around the age of 3 (coming up to 4 years old) when I saw myself clearly for the first time and REALLY ACKNOWLEDEGED my own reflection in EVERY WAY.
You see... DIFFERENT!
I ABSOLOUTELY LOVED IT!!! However, I quickly had the realisation very shortly after (at the age of 4) that the thing I LOVE MOST ABOUT BEING ME... Would soon become the magnet at EVERY stage of my life for others, who were AFRAID of this, VERY CLEAR AND DISTINCTIVE difference about me. To use it as an opportunity to try and get me to shrink to fit, eradicate it or simply abuse it!
Now, I KNOW, that typically this leads into long and lengthy details about how that looked and played out in REALITY. However for me... Part of the BEAUTIFUL and CREATIVE process of working with YOU on YOUR journey, is the PERSONAL CONNECTION between YOU and ME. THAT BOND and RELATIONSHIP where THE REAL, THE RAW and THE PERSONAL detail is explored. For me, this should be done on a TRULY MEANINGFUL, RELATEABLE and PERSONAL LEVEL.
What I can and WILL GUARENTEE YOU is that I AM ALWAYS, AS OPEN AND HONEST WITH YOU, because that's what I WANT YOU to be with me...
I CAN, and WILL ALSO PROMISE YOU, that whatever you have going in YOUR LIFE? I have either experienced it personally, lived in it, through it and around it! Or have experienced that adventure with someone who has found me, to support them on their own COLOURFUL CREATIVE JOURNEY.
It is ALL about being engaging two way, honest, personal and uplifting. What YOU will then encounter, is an ENORMOSULY ENJOYABLE, FULFILLING, UPLIFTING AND CHANGE MAKING EXPERIENCE and dare I say... EXHILARATING! Who wouldn't want that adventure?
It is NEVER going to be as painful as whatever it is you have been through, that has made YOU FIND ME.
It's all about switching up attitudes, belief's, habits and shifting your consciousness, along with releasing ALL the negative and non serving blocks and energy that have accumulated, whilst you have been navigating YOUR Life Path.
People shy away from working through their experiences because it feels intimidating, heavy and painful to go there... What I have created in The Colour Activist is TRULY UNIQUE, VIBRANT, CREATIVE, COLOURFUL, ENERGISING and UPLIFTING - Because THAT is EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD BE!
WHO - on earth would want to run head first into something TERRIFYING?
Experiencing ADVENTURE on the other hand IS A VERY DIFFERENT MATTER!
SO IS FACING THE UNKNOWN HEAD ON... As is the drive and desire to CREATE... IN EVERY MEANING OF THE WORD!
Life is after all a CREATIVE PROCESS from START to FINISH. From every thought, every action, reaction and experience, and so it goes on...
Because of the way I have ALWAYS instinctively led my life and through defining my own values, beliefs whilst having been blessed with a CREATIVIE MIND SET, I have worked tirelessly over the (fast approaching 5 Decades of my life) to CREATE MY SOULS PURPOSE.
We ARE ALL in charge of CREATING our OWN LIFE.... So, why wouldn't you want that to be THE MOST COLOURFUL, VIBRANT, ENERGISING, UPLIFTING, AUTHENTIC and PURPOSEFUL version it can possibly be?

IT'S TIME TO MAKE IT PERSONAL...
PASSIONATE does not even scratch the surface of how I FEEL about Youth Mental Health. And how an UPRISING in the way that this approached is LONG overdue. RADICAL TRANSFORMATION is called for in order for RADICAL TRANSFORMATIONS to materialise.
As an ENORMOUSLY PROUD Mum of two INCREDIBLE and ABSOLUTLEY INSPIRING young adults, I have been side by side with them through EVERY single part of their adventure. Living and breathing the PHENOMENAL REALITY of what my beautiful children have to experience as a growing young adults in todays society.
IT is a TSUNAMI of INPUT followed by a tidal wave of SQUARE PEG ROUND HOLE REALITIES. It is the CONSTANT exposure to this, that (in my opinion) perpetuates the mental health challenges our young people face EVERY SINGLE DAY.
