Its  a crazy world we live in, and as the world around us continues to evolve, and become increasingly faster in pace... We are all faced with the challenge and expectation to meet and match the increasing voracity of modern life. This is why burnout happens! And then we are left feeling completely out of whack, drained, tired and emotional. This leads us to make poor choices and decisions, coupled with being utterly exhausted from the entire cycle of habits and totally out of balance.

Our energetic systems and bodies both deserve and need to be looked after, nourished and re charged. If we look after these, they look after us - That after all is the entire purpose of having our etheric bodies and energy centres (Chakras if you prefer). They are there to support us, nourish us, guide us on and through our journey, keeping our mind, body spirit and soul in good health for our journey whilst we are here. Guiding us and sending us messages if something is not right and needs our full attention. These intuitive energy forces are SO IMPORTANT in creating and living our best and healthiest of lives. So that we can fulfil our purpose and achieve our fullest potential. 

They are our in built guiding system, however, if they are blocked, drained and out of synchronisation then we are not able to hear/intuitively tune into their signals and they are most defiantly able to signal to us effectively. 

Imagine this scenario: 

You are a train driver, tired and exhausted yet you have to make a very long journey to your destination... However, you keep falling asleep whilst you are supposed to be in charge of driving the train to your final destination. A place you have been desperately wanting to visit, your paradise, you have been so looking forward to it, yet you are missing all the signals and haven't seen half of the beautiful surroundings and views because you are falling asleep. 

The Signal Person (Your energy centres/chakras) have been trying to show you the route and signal to you frantically the entire way. You have missed so many signals, that they have become, tired and utterly exhausted and are now not able to signal to you effectively. 

Both are tired, frustrated and have missed much of the pleasure of the dream journey and are NOWHERE NEAR that final destination.
