EVERYONE is exceptional and capable of achieving extraordinary things, however it is a simple matter of fact, that not everyone has the confidence to be able to express how they are feeling or manage emotions with words. YET EVERYONE DESRVES TO HAVE A VOICE AND BE HEARD!

The Power House Palette... Now this is designed for those who have that raaaaa inside them that just needs to be let out. And they are ready to take on the adventure and set themselves free!

The Subconscious Palette... Well in all honesty every session is designed to tap into that! However this particular Palette has been created for those who know they want to feel freer and that it's time to let go of whatever it is they feel is holding them back? Yet the gentler, calmer approach is where they are at. The results however are as powerful as the Power House and the Exploration Palette.

Exploration
The Exploration Palette... Do you find yourself asking yourself questions about your life, or things that crop up? The curious one? The why did that happen or Hmmm What If? If that is you and you still haven't found your answers and feel stuck but don't know why and want to explore, navigate in a way that is going to push your boundaries However will reveal the answers, then this Palette is most definitely for you!

Breakthrough
The Breakthrough Palette... If you are literally at breaking point, want change with every fibre of your being, are so tired of everything being the same, despite every thing you have tried before? You feel lost and that it really is your now or never moment? Then The Breakthrough Palette will breakdown personal barriers,smash down walls and get you to that Breakthrough moment and then some. It is the longest of all of the Palettes on offer, so it is not for the faint hearted.
