If you have read the YMH Revolution page before you found yourself here, then you already know what motivates me to create the changes that are so desperately needed...
For YOU Young Adults these days life is a minefield (or should I say Mindfield) of noise, chaos and CONSTANT INPUT from endless sources of influencers and influencing factors. This continual barrage is enough to blow anyone's mind! Be this, be that, think this, think that, and if you are fortunate enough to have found what this and that is? Well, that is an INCREDIBLE achievement in itself. However, then you find yourself having to go into conformist environments where the tactics shift so heavily in the opposite direction that you are forced to conform and fit when you are desperately trying to express your voice and find your freedom.
Honestly I am exhausted just typing the words, let alone living it day in, day out! SO IF THAT IS YOU? Then YOU NEED THIS... If you are a Parent then PLEASE READ ON!
Now, when I say about living it day in, day out we do, YOU DO!
As AN ENORMOUSLY PROUD Mum of my own two Teenage Daughters you live and breathe each and every day with them... The phrase that 'There is no rule book when you have children' really gets my dander... Because although NO THERE ISN'T! Parenting in the previous pre 2000's decades did craft some sort of formula which was the spinal chord for many families that, well did the trick.
Parenting NOW is BEYOND NEXT LEVEL (and I am laughing whilst I am writing this). Yes of course raising your child/children to be good, honest, respectful, loving, thoughtful and so on with great moral fibre and integrity is still the fundamental requirement. So that they are responsible and decent individuals who are motivated and want to be the best that they can be and live their best life...
However, the only influences pre tech and social media were the neighbours next door and their children if they had any? Their friendship group, a handful of teachers, 4 channels on the television (1982 onwards in the UK) and any other family members. So maintaining your relationship and having the close level of contact, support, input and meaningful communication WAS in reality so much easier. NOW...
Well, YOU and YOUR Young Adults are ONLY competing with and influenced by 'THE WHOLE WORLD'... Now do you see why I was laughing?
So GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK!!!!

Being a Young Adult now is a completely different ball game! I LIVE IT AND SEE IT everyday with my own two girls... It can be so confined and overwhelming at times. There are so many pressures now, that just didn't exist when I was growing up in the 1970's/80's. (My girls would probably argue that I am still growing up!)
Having an opportunity to just let your mind go, and explore your own headspace, in a way that allows absolute freedom of expression, is essential to finding out who you are, CREATING your AUTHENTIC IDENTITY and discovering your PURPOSE! If you crave that TRUE FREEDOM or your you are a parent and you know that your 11 to 19 year old is on that journey? Then I know that what these sessions will bring is the opportunity of self discovery in a way that will stay with them ALWAYS!!! Channeling and opening up a new way of thinking in beautiful environment with a small group of young adults who are traveling this same adventure.
Of course, the stage of the journey that an 11 year old is on comparison to a Young Adult at 19 is going to be very different. And I acknowledge that, in the way that these incredible sessions have been designed, and of course in the delivery.
So to ensure YOUR Young Adult attends the Freedom Of Expression Session with the right vibe and content I have split them into the following age groups:
11 & 12 Year Olds
13 & 14 Year Olds
15 & 16 Year Olds
17 - 19 Year Olds
Practical, indeed, however, it is also an essential part of the day. Having other Young Adults around you who YOU can relate to, and can relate to YOU, is SO important. It is the first step in taking the edge off the feeling of 'Being The Only One'. And keeping the groups to a maximum of 12, means that the environment will be diverse, yet maintaining a feeling of both safety and privacy within the group. Along with me being able to keep it PACEY, VIBRANT and PERSONAL!
Session Time: 4 Hours.

As a very proud mum myself of my two beautiful young adults, I know only to well what that can feel like. This is why I have created the Freedom Of Expression Family Sessions.
You and your children, just crave the right environment to let it all out! In a way that is FREEING, VIBRANT, UPLIFTING, HEALING and CREATIVE. An environment that gives you ALL a voice and where YOU CAN SPEAK the UNSPOKEN and BE HEARD. Where at the end of it all you head back home refreshed, energised, rejuvenated and reunited!
YOUR Freedom Of Expression Family Session, is EXACTLY that YOURS.
I have created this particular Session to be a COMPLETELY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, with me guiding the 4 hour Activity.
Families are ALL incredibly UNIQUE... No two families are the same and they come in all different shapes, sizes and DYNAMICS and quite frankly I LOVE THAT!
NO MATTER what YOUR FAMILY DYNAMIC IS? IT is fine by me. All I ask is that the main Parent/Parents - Guardian/Guardians are part of The Tribe. After all the whole point of the experience is about cementing TOGETHERNESS, UNITY and HARMONY.
